Is one of your New Year’s resolutions about doing something healthy for your mind and body?  That was one of my resolutions last year and it took me three months to figure out how I could do that.  I didn’t want it to just be about eating differently although I did that but it was hard and not so much fun.  Then I discovered Zumba at a small yoga studio.  After one class I was hooked.  Just to make sure I was on the right track I tried Zumba at various studios in the Naperville area and I always walked away from these classes on a high, feeling like I just left a party back in the day.  I knew this was something I wanted to teach and share with my family and friends.  It was so much fun and oh yeah it was good for my mind and body.
